Advanced Health and Care is one of the UK's leading suppliers of IT solutions to the NHS and providers of Health and Social Care.

The company's national conference is held annually and with its combination of presentations by leading figures from the industry, and workshops on their cutting edge software can attract up to 300 delegates a day. Which is good, of course, however they do all tend to arrive in a throng just in time for a quick coffee ahead of the opening session.

In line with the 2011 conferences theme of the "The Health and Social Care Information Revolution" AHC chose an IT solution to the registration queues.

Having selected Evoke as their partner the 2 companies collaborated on the registration software, with Evoke manufacturing, delivering and installing the hardware.

In addition to dispelling queues the automated process allowed Advanced to confirm exactly who had attended and when. Information which they were able to interrogate in real time as the conference progressed.

Following the event Emma Dew, Advanced's Marketing Director commented that Evoke had done, "a fantastic job with the kiosks", adding that they had been a real talking point, no doubt helping to promote AHC's image as an efficient and innovative provider.
